Peter Falconer

Peter Falconer is a Principal Solicitor who has been a highly regarded lawyer for 40 years, helping businesses and individuals in various aspects of law.

He is renowned for being very approachable, with a sharp mind and praised for his practical approach in achieving client goals. Peter keeps himself busy in the practice areas of family law, Part IV applications and business law. Outside of practising law, Peter enjoys a good drop of gin and travelling with his wife.

Richard Pinkstone

Richard joined our firm in 2023 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2004 bringing all facets of general practice with genuine focus of client objectives and strategies.

He has extensive background in litigation, property, commercial projects, business law, Wills and Estates and all other general practice law.
Richard seeks to empower his clients with confidence by giving a holistic advice to achieve a positive outcome bearing in mind his client’s personal and business assets, considering factors and ensuring a fully serviced outcome.

Richard is very approachable and praised for his practical approach at achieving a positive outcome.

In his downtime, he immerses himself down at the beach at Skenes Creek where he can be seen body board surfing, getting his hands dirty in the garden, spending time with his young family and reading.

Jan Domantay

Jan Domantay is the Managing Director of the firm. Jan graduated at Monash University in 2007 from his double degrees in Science (major in Psychology) and Law. He was admitted to practice in 2008. Jan is passionate about businesses, property and estate planning.

Jan has a strong background in litigation in all levels of courts including VCAT, Magistrates, County, Federal and Supreme Courts. In his spare time, Jan loves travelling with his young family and is an avid follower of all thing’s sports, particularly the NBA, UFC, and AFL (massive Hawks fan).

Brianna Dodds

Brianna graduated from Deakin University in 2019 with a Batchelor of Laws and was admitted to Practice in 2021. She began her legal career in Bendigo working in Wills and Estates before moving into Property Development.
Brianna joined our firm at the start of 2024, settling into her role with a continued focus on Wills and Estates whilst also broadening her skillset. Brianna knows the importance of Succession Planning for all individuals regardless of their background and strives to ensure all her clients receive a plan tailored to their specific needs.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys reading, spending time with her family or taking her beloved dog to the beach.

Dwayne Marinucci

As one of the Directors of the Firm, Dwayne is the General Manager who adds extensive experience in business advisory and development, along with property related matters. Completed his MBA, Dwayne thrives in all things business and SMEs. He takes a wholesome approach to clients and their respective businesses, ensuring family and assets are paramount in receiving protection. Outside the office life, Dwayne enjoys keeping fit with martial arts, as well as enjoying family holidays with his young family.

Elaine Yau

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University. She volunteered at Springvale Monash Legal Service during her time at university.
In her law career to date, Elaine has gained a wealth of experience in Family Law, Criminal Law and Migration law. She is hardworking, determined and committed to delivering the best for her clients.
Beyond the legal realm, Elaine has a vibrant array of interests. She enjoys long distance running, playing piano, reading and is an avid follower of the English Premier League (Go Arsenal!).
Elaine loves sharing her faith in Christ. She strives to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

Sam Doak

Sam is the firms Practice & Accounts Manager and has been with the firm for 13 years. Sam enjoys building a rapport with clients of Peter Falconer and Associates, Sam loves seeing the mutual benefit of strong firm and client relationships.

Through her experience, Sam brings great knowledge in managing clients accounts and the running of the firm. In her spare time, Sam enjoys walking on the beach and winding down with a glass of wine in the company of her family and friends.

Amber Binns

Amber has undertaken conveyancing work within Victoria for over 20 years and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) from RMIT. She is experienced in a range of conveyancing transactions, including Residential and Commercial Sales and Purchases, Subdivisions, Transfer of Ownership, Application for Legal Personal Representative and Survivorship and Nominations.
Amber’s top priority is to ensure every client’s experience (whether residential or commercial) is as stress-free as possible, managing each step with a calm and warm demeanour. Her ability to understand not only the process for managing each transaction, but the emotions behind it, is what makes clients come back to her time and again.
In her spare time, Amber enjoys playing netball, quality time with her family and partner, camping, fishing and weekends away with her friends.
